67.2 COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 8 [CD NO. 8]In that Zone designated as CD No. 8 [Comprehensive Development District No. 8], noBuilding or Structure or part there<strong>of</strong> shall be erected, constructed, placed, maintained orused and no land shall be used except in accordance with and subject to the regulationscontained in or incorporated by reference into this Part.(1) Permitted UsesThe following Uses and no others shall be permitted:(a)(b)Townhouse ResidentialHome Occupation(2) Floor Area RatioThe Floor Area Ratio shall not exceed 0.75.(3) Unit SizeThe minimum Floor Area for each Dwelling Unit shall not be less than 75 squaremetres(4) Building Height(a)(b)No Principal Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 10 metresNo Accessory Building shall exceed a Height <strong>of</strong> 4 metres(5) Lot Coverage(a)(b)All Principal Buildings, Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall notcover more than 31% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> a Parcel.All Accessory Buildings and Structures combined shall not cover more than10% <strong>of</strong> the Area <strong>of</strong> Parcel.(6) Siting Requirements(a)Principal Building(i)(ii)(iii)Front Setback: No Building shall be located within 7.5 metres <strong>of</strong> the FrontLot Line.Side Setback: No Building shall be located within 4.5 m <strong>of</strong> an InteriorSide Lot Line nor 3.6 metres <strong>of</strong> an Exterior Lot Line.Rear Setback: No Building shall be located within 6 metres <strong>of</strong> the RearLot Line.
