3.3.5 <strong>The</strong> changes in traffic to and from the New Territories are shown in Figure 3.13, andwithin the New Territories in Figure 3.14. With the population growth <strong>of</strong> the NewTerritories during the period, traffic growth was strong for most vehicle classes.
