3.3.5 The changes in traffic to and from the New Territories are shown in Figure 3.13, andwithin the New Territories in Figure 3.14. With the population growth of the NewTerritories during the period, traffic growth was strong for most vehicle classes. Inparticular, goods vehicle traffic increased seven times in the New Territories over theperiod.
