7. The bidder shall assess the potential impact of air quality, designs the air filtersystem appropriately and guarantees its long-term performance.The bidder shall also supply, install & commission (a) Continuous Emissions MonitoringModule; and (b) standard weather station for measuring wind velocity & direction andambient temperature, pressure & Relative Humidity. Sensors shall be installed in suitablelocation as per GT designer's recommendation and calibrated & interfaced with plantcontrol system. Ambient Temperature, Pressure & Relative Humidity shall be used duringperformance tests.2.1.3 Emergency Diesel Generating SetOne (1) set of emergency diesel generating set complete with ancillary equipment shallbe of minimum 500 kVA [pf 0.80] having diesel storage capacity for 8 hrs continuousoperation for supplying power to essential auxiliaries. EDG shall be of automatic startingsystem [compressed air/ Battery] including quick start & loading capability. The startingsystem shall be capable of carrying out at least five (5) consecutive start without auxiliarypower supply.2.1.4 Natural Gas Booster CompressorsThe Gas Booster Compressor (GCB) manufactured either by MAN Turbo, Germany orAtlas Coppco, USA , shall be of well proven design and the offered model of GCB shallhave satisfactory operating experience outside manufacturer's country for at least 2 (two)years. Tenderer shall have to submit at least one certificate (must be from outsidemanufacturer's country) from the end users in this respect. These certificate must benotarized or have authentication from the Chamber of Commerce of the Tenderer'scountry or the Embassy/High commission of the end user’s country situated in Dhaka. Inabsence of that in Dhaka, authentication from bidder’s Embassy/High Commission.The plant shall require centrifugal type gas booster compressors, as the supply pressureof natural gas at RMS is only 90-150 psig. The capacity of the compressors shall have tobe 2x100% (one in operation and one standby) and each shall be capable to meetmaximum gas requirement of the plant at all modes of operation [base & peak] & at anytemperature prevailing in the site.
