The second coat shall not be applied until the first coat has dried outcompletely. Immediately before application of the second coat, the surface of thefirst coat shall be wetted, and the second coat shall be applied by machine, togive a "Tyrolean" finish of uniform thickness and texture.An approved plasticizer may be used in both coats.
