The ducts shallbe covered with concrete or steel checkered plate, both having enough strength,and shall be provided with the, necessary number of racks for cable and pipes.The thickness of the concrete ducts shall be not less than 18cm, width and depthof ducts shall be more than 40 cm respectively and an appropriate drainagesystem shall be designed within the duct.The Contractor shall submit design drawing to the Board for approval.17.12 FENCING AND GATES, FLAG POLES AND SITE BOUNDARY WALL17.12.1 FencingChain link fencing shall be installed as directed by the Board. The chain linkfencing shall be 2.4 m high with 3 strands of barbed wire at the top, generallycomplying with B.S. 1722 or other approved Standards.Posts and struts shall be fabricated from 100 mm x 100 mm x 6.5 mm thickangles and set in concrete. The struts shall be fitted to all end and corner postsat changes in direction or acute variations in levels and at intervals notexceeding 9 meters in straight lengths of fence.
