foundations and buildings shall include piling.Control building, Store/Warehouse (Total building area- 20,000 sqf/floor, 3 stored,lifting equipment with capacity 10/3 Ton must be incorporated), Fire Fightingpump house, Emergency Diesel Generator house, Guard house, water supplyhouse, fencing, boundary wall, road etc. shall be constructed by the Contractorwithin the Site area.- Outdoor lighting, passage ways, access ways for transporting ofequipment during overhaul, and re-routing of existing passage way for thesite if necessary.- Surface water drainage system including oil interceptors.- Removing of debris, surplus excavated materials and rubbish, etc.resulting from the works.2.10 TrainingThe training at the Contractor's factory including:- 15 (fifteen) round trip air fares from Dhaka, Bangladesh to theManufacturer's factory.- 15 (fifteen) Man-Months of training on GTG unit at Manufacturer's factory.- Local transportation, meals, lodging, medical costs, insurance and pocketexpenses @ US $ 100 per day per person etc.2.11 Submission of Engineering DataDrawings and other engineering data for the specified equipment and materialsare essential to the design and subsequent construction of the entire generatingunit.The contractor shall be required to submit drawings and engineering data inaccordance with the Schedule and requirements specified herein to assurecompliance with the overall construction and operating Schedule.2.12 Manufacturer's Field Training SupervisorFrom the date of commencement of initial operation of the major equipment, theContractor shall dispatch manufacturer's supervisor (s) who shall be technicallycompetent, factory trained, experienced in the operation and maintenance of theequipment to the site.The supervisor (s) shall be responsible for providing instruction and guidance toBOARD's staffs in the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
