transformers, switchgears etc., shall be provided by the LTSA providerAll necessary spares required for the maintenance work relating to the GBC units andother BOP equipment / machinery (fuel handling, cooling, lubricating system etc).REASSEMBLEY OF ABOVE MENTIONED OR ANY OTHER COMPONENTS AS PEROverhauling Guideline/Maintenance manual (In line with Operation &Maintenance Manual)After the CI, HGPI, major overhauling of Gas Turbine Generating units and properchecking of control system, testing, calibration of various equipment etc, the machineshould be commissioned and gradually loaded up to full capacity. During commissioning,note all the parameters, data and vibrations, temp, pressure and compare those with thedata noted before and after overhauling. If requires, subsequent correction measureshould be accomplished.A complete report shall be submitted; immediately after completion of the CI, HGPI,major overhauling of Gas Turbine units to the Plant Manager, Siddhirganj Peaking PowerPlant.After completion of CI / HGPI / overhauling work, the Experts (of LTSAprovider) shall be responsible for testing & commissioning and putting backthe GTG units into successful normal operation & guarantee the load outputand the other normal operation parameters of the GTG, Maximum load testshall be performed after commissioning of each unit. Uninterruptedcontinuous operation of 168 hours of each GTG unit shall have to be carriedout jointly by both O & M personnel and LTSA provider. If the unit trips for itsown troubles/ faults within this period, then the unit shall have to be startedafter necessary corrective measures and put the unit into operation for 168hours again. If the unit trips for external faults / troubles (e.g. Grid problem)within this period, then the balance running time will be added to the periodalready run by the unit.GENERAL CONDITIONS OF LTSA CONTRACT1. GENERAL1.1 The terms or conditions of Contract shall not be binding upon the LTSAprovider unless agreed and accepted in writing by the duly authorizedrepresentative of the LTSA provider.1.2 The governing language of the Contract shall be English2.
