The Contractor shall have full responsibility to investigate theexistence of any decrees and local bylaws governing the proposed works and tofully comply with such requirements which are effective when the date of tendersubmission.As described elsewhere in the documents the Contractor shall indicate in histender standards and codes to be conformed in design and construction of theWorks. Copies of these codes and standards shall be made available to the Boardduring the design and construction period.a. Live load of each floor shall be more than as follows : -Auxiliary roomCable spreading room: 500 kg/sq.m: ditto18.3.3 Submission Of Designs And DrawingsThe Contractor shall be required to produce full design calculations for thefoundations, building structures, and detailed working drawings and reinforcementbar bending schedule etc. Design calculations shall be prepared in accordancewith an approved method of computation based on the most unfavourablecombination of dead load, live load or crane load and wind load. The Contractorshall be responsible for the detailed design, strength and safety of the structures,and ensuring that the design satisfies the requirements of all authorised local andinternational bodies.Design calculations and detailed drawings shall be submitted to the Board forapproval in accordance with the requirement set out in Section 18.3.1 of theTender Documents.
