GDRVSWAP<br />

Update the Time or Frequency Window<br />

Makes the window (either the time or frequency window) that is currently not the active<br />

window, the active window.<br />

Syntax<br />

Equivalent Softkey: GDRVSWAP is equivalent to UPDATE TIMEFREq , or pressing ml.<br />

Option Required: Option 105. Option 101 is recommended.<br />

Description<br />

Whenever the window is made active, the trace <strong>and</strong> gate position are updated. GDRVSWAP<br />

also couples the resolution b<strong>and</strong>width, video b<strong>and</strong>width, <strong>and</strong> sweep time to the current pulse<br />

width <strong>and</strong> pulse repetition interval values, if the pulse values have been entered <strong>and</strong> coupling<br />

is active. (See “GDRVRBW, ” “ GDRVVBW, ” <strong>and</strong> “GDRVST” for more information about coupling<br />

resolution b<strong>and</strong>width, video b<strong>and</strong>width, <strong>and</strong> sweep time to the current pulse width <strong>and</strong> pulse<br />

repetition interval.)<br />

The GDRVSWAP comm<strong>and</strong> is a gate utility function (see “GDRVUTIL” comm<strong>and</strong> for more<br />

information about the gate utility functions). Executing a gate utility comm<strong>and</strong> without Option<br />

105 installed in the spectrum analyzer generates the COMMAND ERROR: message <strong>and</strong> an SRQ 140.<br />
