VAVG Video Average Enables the video-averaging function, which averages trace points to smooth the displayed trace. Syntax Item Description/Default Rwse Number Any valid integer. Video averaging can lower the noise floor by more than a 30 Hz video bandwidth if a large number of sweeps has been specified for averaging. VB Video Bandwidth Specifies the video bandwidth, which is a post-detection, low-pass filter. Syntax ( VB 1 3-6 ‘.
