account <strong>the</strong> present troubles <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Low Countries -<br />

- which, unless means were found for allay<strong>in</strong>g<br />

<strong>the</strong>m, might result <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> Prov<strong>in</strong>ces fall<strong>in</strong>g away<br />

from <strong>the</strong>ir obedience to <strong>the</strong> k<strong>in</strong>g's authority and to<br />

<strong>the</strong>ir duty to <strong>the</strong> one true Church -- -his Majesty<br />
