Ce projet reçoit le nom Nan Shui BeiDiao, littéralement « ramener l’eau du Sud vers le Nord ».Sud Eau Nord Déplacer est un voyage le long des routes que trace le plus importantprojet de Transfert des Eaux au monde.“Work in Progress”.While travelling on the swollen Yangtze river in 1952, Mao came up with an ideaaccording to which Chinese people could simply “borrow” some water fromthe Southern part of the country – where it was so abundant – in order to bring itup North – where it is so rare.
