Resultaterne fra de foreliggende studier er således modstridende, hvorfor denne
behandlingsmodalitet forsat må betragtes som eksperimentel og så vidt muligt bør foregå
protokolleret.
Udenfor protokol kan mini-KMT dog overvejes hos meget unge patienter med
kemoterapifølsom sygdom. Transplantationen bør gennemføres tidligt i forløbet og sekventielt
efter en autolog transplantation med en HLA-identisk søskende donor eller alternativt med en
ubeslægtet donor (MUD) med HLA-A, -B, -C, -DRB1 og DQB1 0-1 locus allelforligelighed.
