HCT ved refraktær sygdom (Verdonck 1997).
Rekommandation
Myeloablativ HCT er ikke indiceret i 1. remission. Der gælder i øvrigt anbefaling som for mini-
HCT, men hvor minitransplantation ikke er ønskelig på grund af kort forventet remission eller
ved progressiv sygdom hos patient under 40 år.
