Article 8): GOPHC may, in coordination with the Public Prosecution, implement the demolition
decision to the account of the violating party, in the event of refraining of such party from
removing the violation.
Article 9): Engineers and Inspectors of GOPHC shall, in coordination with the Public
Prosecution, follow up and monitor the violations committed in historical cities.
Article 10): GOPHC may stop any construction or repair works that are in contravention with
the provisions of this Regulation;
Article 11): This decree shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue and shall be
published in the official gazette.
