All action plans from the 4 groups are then presented at a plenary. <strong>Community</strong> members are<br />
given 4-6 weeks to implement the recommendations in the action plans. A specific date is set<br />
for a follow up meeting. Six weeks is ample time for all groups to implement the suggested<br />
recommendations in the action plans.<br />
Six weeks after the first C-COPE exercise, the same group meets again to assess the status of<br />
the recommendations.<br />
They are taught how to record what they have done so far as follows:<br />
