A clear purpose will help you focus on what to look out for and what to do. As you visit
families you will observe a lot of things about them and their surroundings, which will give
information on any ailments or problems that might affect the health of the families or the
community. We will do this brainstorming session to determine what you should look out
for during home visits.
Every home visit should have a purpose which should be determined by you or your CHO
before you begin the visit.
