1. What qualities have you observed<br />

in yourselves as leaders that have<br />

helped your teams?<br />

2. Which ones have retarded the team’s<br />

work?<br />

3. Suggest ways to use this information<br />

in your team leadership.<br />

2. Let them choose one thing they<br />

will implement as leaders when<br />

they go back<br />

3. Tell them they will be accountable<br />

to the CHO on this plan<br />
