Topic 2 Role of CHV during outreach<br />

As discussed earlier, the volunteer plays<br />

a role in outreach services when the<br />

CHO goes on visit to deliver health<br />

services (e.g. home visits, ANC, FP).<br />

Here the volunteer’s role is to mobilise<br />

community members to participate in<br />

health delivery activities such as child<br />

welfare activities and RCH service<br />

delivery.<br />
