schools with pucca building is lowest in Wayanad<br />
(59 per cent) followed by Thiruvananthapuram<br />
(60 per cent) and Kasaragod (73 per cent) (Table 2.12).<br />
Also, the percentage <strong>of</strong> schools having latrine/urinal<br />
facilities is significantly low in Kasaragod (47 per<br />
cent) followed by Pathanamthitta (50 per cent). It is<br />
reported that only 36 per cent <strong>of</strong> the LP schools<br />
have latrine/urinal facilities in Pathanamthitta district<br />
(Table 2.13).<br />
