Truth
Truth is not something modified by time or space or constituents of nature.
It is the same for ever, unaffected and unchanged. It should not
be proved false by some subsequent event or knowledge. 6.12.63,
(17-89)
The eternal Divine is not the object of knowledge; it is the very source
and spring of knowledge. Self-realization is that which shows the way
to the ripening, the fruition, the freedom, the immortality, the eternal
happiness, and eternal peace. He who is carried away by the vagaries
of the senses cannot attain the spiritual reality. God is One, unchanging,
in this changing world. The eternal Divine is not tarnished by external
transformation or changes, or modifications. Glory of the body
is not Divine nature; the eternal Divinity is impossible to define. It is neither
this nor that. It can be said to be only itself, the eternal Divinity,
God Himself has become truth, love, light, peace, self-relation and
bliss. Through any of these paths, you can attain God; have no doubt
about that. It is the truth.
Divine nature is not these five senses, nor discrimination, nor the
breath nor the life-force; it can only be described as what it is not, not
by what it is. No one can say it is thus etc. If any one says it is thus and
thus or it is this or it is that, we can take it that he does not anything
about it. About something unknown, much can be said; anything, any
name can be ascribed to it. In short, the eternal Divine cannot be communicated
by words; it is impossible to describe it whoever may try. (3-
