MACARONI
(Staple)
Ingredient Metric Standard Measure Method
Water 1L 32 oz 4 cups 1. Bring salt and water to the boil over medium heat.
Salt 5 g ½ tsp
Macaroni 600 g 20 oz 1 ½ box 2. Add macaroni to boiling water.
3. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Drain using a colander.
6. Run under water to separate shells.
7. Pour into a stainless steel mixing bowl.
8. Hold and serve hot.
