SPAGHETTI

Water 3 L 96 oz 12 cups 1. In a large sauce pan, add salt to water and bring to boil over
Salt 15 g ½ oz 1 Tbsp
medium heat.
Spaghetti 600 g 20 oz 1 ½ boxes 2. Break spaghetti into three pieces.
3. Add spaghetti to boiling water.
4. Allow to cook for 8 minutes.
5. Drain in a colander.
6. Rinse under running water for 10 seconds.
7. Serve immediately.
