Recipes for General Menus
June Plum 600 g 20 oz 8 large 1. Scrub and wash plums under running water.
2. Remove stems.
3. Peel June plums.
4. Cut away all flesh/pulp and discard seeds.
Ginger, crushed 15 g ½ oz ½ Tbsp 5. Scrub and wash ginger.
6. Scrape and crush ginger.
Water 2 L 72 oz 9 cups 7. Blend flesh/pulp of plums and ginger with water.
8. Pour into mixing bowl.
Sugar 240 g 8 oz 1 cup 9. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.
10. Strain into a pitcher/jug.
11. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
12. Hold and serve chilled.
