In a large stock pot over high heat bring split peas, Coconut milk 240 ml 8 oz 1 cup salt, coconut milk, garlic and water to boil. Salt 30 g 1 oz 2 Tbsp Garlic 15 g ½ oz 5 cloves Water 3 L 96 oz 12 cups Yam 720 g 24 oz ½ medium 2. Peel and wash yam and cut into ½ inch cubes. 3. Add yam to stock pot. 4. Stir and cover. 5. Reduce to medium high heat and continue boiling. Pumpkin 480 g 1 lb 1 peg 6. Wash and peel pumpkin, carrot and chocho. Carrot 480 g 1 lb 4 medium Cho cho 480 g 1lb 3 medium 7. Cut pumpkin, carrot and chocho into ½ inch cubes. 8. Add vegetables to pot. 9. Stir, cover and continue to boil. Flour 240 g 8 oz 1 cup 10. In a bowl, mix flour and water.
