Ingredient Metric Standard Measure Method
Curry powder 45 g 1 ½ oz 3 Tbsp 13. Add curry powder and garlic.
14. Reduce to medium low heat.
15. Stir curry powder and garlic until oil froths (about 5 minutes).
16. Increase to medium heat and add seasoned chicken.
17. Stir to distribute curry evenly.
18. Cover and allow to cook slowly over medium low heat.
19. Cook for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Do not stir too often.
20. Remover from heat.
21. Hold and serve hot.
Preparation Note: Place chicken in refrigerator to thaw a day in advance. Leave seasoned chicken to marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Serving Note: Serve 2 oz chicken and ½ oz gravy.
