Ingredient Metric Standard Measure Method
Margarine 60 g 2 oz 4 Tbsp 31. Melt margarine in dutch pot over medium heat.
32. Scramble eggs in melted margarine in dutch pot
33. Add vegetables, onion, escallion, and black pepper to dutch pot.
34. Sauté over medium heat for about five minutes.
35. Add rice, and chicken to dutch pot.
36. Combine well. Stir lightly until thoroughly heated (about 7 minutes).
37. Cover and allow to simmer for 3 minutes over low heat.
38. Hold and serve hot.
