are being implemented during the 11 th five<br />
year plan. For implementation <strong>of</strong> above<br />
schemes special component <strong>of</strong> the plan<br />
allocation <strong>of</strong> Rs. 44 crores out <strong>of</strong> the total<br />
outlay <strong>of</strong> Rs. 220.00 crores has been<br />
earmarked for exclusive deployment in the<br />
North East Region. Statement showing<br />
state-wise, scheme-wise funds released<br />
under handicrafts schemes during the<br />
last three years 2008-09 to 2010-11 in<br />
different States in the NER are given at<br />
table 16.6 to 16.8.<br />
