Publicity about the CPGRAMS in the<br />

has been established at Gate No.14,<br />
Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi, to make<br />
information readily available to the<br />
public.<br />
A complaint box has been kept at the<br />
Information & Facilitation Counter.<br />
The list <strong>of</strong> Officers handling Public/<br />
Staff Grievances in the <strong>Ministry</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />
<strong>Textiles</strong> and its Attached/Subordinate<br />
Offices is available at the website <strong>of</strong><br />
