2.1 Terms of Reference
This report is to comply with disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in the National
Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 23-101). This
independent technical report provides information in support of the Company's press release
dated 17 January 2013 (press released by Apogee titled “Apogee Silver´s Pulacayo Project
Demonstrates Positive Feasibility Study Results”.
No author of this report has any material interest in Apogee or related entities. This report is
prepared in return for fees based upon agreed commercial rates and the payment of these
fees is in no way contingent on the results of this report.
