appendix 9 Route sections with user restrictions (§ 3.4.1)This appendix specifies all the situations whereby, in deviation of the interoperability principle, acertain type of traffic or transport is excluded on a route section. Additionally, the use of route sectionsmay also be subject to other restrictions not stated in this appendix, such as speed restrictions orrestrictions in choice of route, which are however not of an exhaustive nature.
