Lucy #292: Next, you claim that, ―You, on the other hand, tell homosexuals that their
sin is OK if they just love each other, which is NOT what the Bible tell us. So who made you
the authority, Scaughdt?‖
Once again, my Friend, if you and I are to even pretend to have a conversation here, you
are simply going to have to – at the very least – have the decency to read what I write to you.
So many times herein you have made this flagrantly false claim, and so many times I have
explained to you the errors therein. How many more times must I do so before you finally
listen, Lucy? … (sigh) … And again, no matter – I will explain it to you as often as you desire,
and I will do so once again now …
As the Bible quite clearly (and quite repeatedly) explains, each & every one of us will
indeed reap what we sow – and yet only what we sow. This means that we all suffer when we
desire to sin (like when you desire to to publicly condemn homosexuals, or like when I am tempted
to get cross with you for doing so), … and this means that we all suffer while we are sinning as
well (like when you arrogantly & hypocritically remove yourself from the presence of Jesus‘
heavenly Father by publicly condemning homosexuals –- and like when I indignantly remove myself
from the presence of Jesus‘ heavenly Father by becoming openly irritated with you for doing so).
This also means that, should there be a Hell (to which all sinners go to pay the remainder of
their sinful dues) – and should the God that rules over this realm of self-imposed exile indeed be
just & good & kind, then we all will indeed go to Hell, and yet only for a time that is perfectly
balanced with the sins we have committed for which we have not yet paid. The Apocalypse of
Peter (considered to be valid Scripture for several hundreds of years after the death of Jesus, until the
Catholic church decided to remove it from the canon thereafter) was quite explicit about this Truth
– and the other books of the Bible are generally in agreement with it as well (see Jeremiah
17:10, Luke 6:38, Galatians 6:7-8 et al).
P.S. And by the way, it is not for you to
judge which sins justify the eternal torment of
others, my Friend. And indeed, seeing as
how homosexuality itself is not even a sin (at
least not according to the Scriptures), and seeing
as how pure & perfect Love is championed
openly by Jesus Christ, then every single
expression of sincere Love in any homosexual
partnership will not only not be damned, but
will actually be rewarded by the Father
instead! … And this is not merely my own
understanding of decency & justice &
goodness (that were instilled in my Heart
by God, by the way – see John 15:26), this
is straight-out Biblical Truth! (see Matthew
7:21-23, John13:15-17, Acts 10:34-35, James
1:22-25, 1 John 2:29, 1 John 4:12 et al)
