Daniel #208: You then continue along that same vein by encouraging us to, ―Let us all
wait for Him to guide us in all Truth and Spirit.‖
Actually, my Friend, waiting is never in harmony with The Way of Christ … Indeed, at
least as far as Jesus was concerned, waiting is exactly what Satan actually wants us all
to do – waiting for ―the better time‖ to serve; waiting to one day ―have enough‖ to
give; waiting to clearly ―know God‘s will‖ before offering our charity; etc etc etc …
You see, Dan, for Jesus at least, Love wasn‘t that complicated. He never wanted us to
wait for a better time, because ―now‖ is always the perfect time to serve the downtrodden (see
John 4:23) … And he never wanted us to wait until we ―had enough to give‖, because he knew
that we always have enough to Give – that even a widow‘s final two pennies were more than
enough (see Luke 21:1-4) … And he never wanted us to wait for a more worthy cause to arrive
either – or for God to show us clearly His will regarding our destined area of charity, because for
Jesus we have all simply been called to serve others – any & all others – period (see Matthew
10:40-42)! And that means serving the person closest to us who is most in need of Love – and
this, in every moment of our lives.
You see, my Friend, as a Follower of The Way of Christ, there is never a need or a call
for us to wait. For Jesus understood the raw Truth that LOVE is always a verb – and that God‘s
perfect Love must always remain in motion … Amen – Let it be so!
―Not everyone who says to me, ‗Lord, Lord,‘ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, but only the one
who does the will of my Father in Heaven … You received without payment; give without payment …
Give to everyone who begs from you, and do not refuse anyone who wants to borrow from you …
Whoever welcomes a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet‘s reward; and whoever
welcomes a righteous person in the name of a righteous person will receive the reward of the
righteous; and whoever gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones in the name of a disciple
– truly I tell you, none of these will lose their reward.‖ ~ Jesus Christ (Matthew 7:21, Matthew 5:42,

―If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples … For I have set you an example, that

―Whoever says, ‗I abide in him,‘ must walk just as he walked … If you know that he is righteous,
you may be sure that everyone who does right has been born of him … Little children, let us love, not in
word or speech, but in truth and action … Beloved, do not imitate what is evil but imitate what is good.
