Daniel #131: You then go on a short ramble about the persecution that Jesus was facing
(primarily alluding to the book of John), and yet I didn‘t get the point of either why you mentioned
this or what it has to do with the discussion at hand. What does this have to do with you not
wanting to listen to a gay Christian preacher (who probably openly agrees with you on much of what
you say in this particular comment) share the Word of God on Sunday? Would you care to clarify
how this is at all relevant, my Friend?
Daniel #132: Next you cite Genesis 3:1-4 to frame your belief that Satan is currently
―doing the same thing by attempting to convince people that God is a liar.‖
You know Dan, at least to a (mostly symbolic) degree, I actually agree with you on this
one, though where we differ is on who we believe is lying. The evidence in the Scriptures pretty
clearly points to Paul (the ―godfather‖ of the conservative theology currently being championed by you
& yours) as being one of the Bible‘s greatest Deceivers, and I have already shown you many of
these Scriptures in this thread on numerous occasions (most recently on pages 629-630 previously).
And besides, even if Paul only inadvertently twisted The Way of Christ on its head, wouldn‘t it
be wise of a worshipper of Jesus Christ to follow his words over Paul‘s wherever they happen to
contradict? Indeed, I am still more than puzzled by the fact that you & yours continue to openly
& blatantly give the teachings of Jesus a far lower priority than the verses of the Old Testament
& the writings of self-proclamined ―apostle‖ … Why are you doing this?
