Mission: To Bremen, Germany: Eight A/C <strong>of</strong> this squadron took <strong>of</strong>f at 0850 hours on a mission<br />

to Bremen, Germany to bomb industrial installations very near <strong>the</strong> center <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> city. AA fire at<br />

<strong>the</strong> target was intense and accurate. There were no direct attacks made on our group by enemy<br />

aircraft. <strong>Bomb</strong>ing results were unobserved due to 10/10 undercast. All NC <strong>of</strong> this group returned<br />

safely.<br />
