contar con una relación definitiva de prisioneros presentes en dichos pabellones debido a la
renuencia del Estado peruano de proporcionar información de los records del INPE, no
desechamos la posibilidad de que hubieran habido más muertos, En efecto, el total de
prisioneros fallecidos fue deliberadamente ocultado por el Estado del Perú desde un inicio."
Familiares presentes en las cercanías de la prisión después de la masacre refirieron que
camiones con pilas de cuerpos descubiertos con las piernas y brazos expuestos al aire,
dejaban la prisión y denuncias originales hechas por grupos de familiares de prisioneros y
otras por grupos de algunos de sus abogados daban cuenta de más de 100 prisioneros muertos
o faltantes." En una denuncia hecha por un grupo de familiares de prisioneros el 11 de
Mayo de 1992 ante el 46'" Juzgado de Instruccion de Lima se había señalado que a 5 de
Mayo de 1992 el total número de prisioneros en los pabellones lA y 4B ascendia a alreadedor
de 600,47
Además, la suscrita respetuosamente plantea ante la Corte que los familiares de las víctimas a
quienes directamente representa, quienes presenciaron la masacre desde afuera de la prisión,
fueron privados de toda información sobre si sus seres queridos estaban vivos o muertos, y
quienes directamente fueron afectados por el régimen de prisión impuesto en los
sobrevivientes inmediatamente después de la masacre (por su conexión estrecha con las
victimas) y aquellos familiares quienes sufrieron persecusión por la sola razón de haber
defendido los derechos de sus seres queridos, son víctimas por propio derecho bajo la
