iv) La interacción selección sexual-selección natural sobre el fenotipo<br />

heterocigoto.<br />

Para los casos i), ii) y iii) el problema matemático se resuelve<br />

completamente, obteniéndose conclusiones esperables <strong>de</strong>s<strong>de</strong> el punto <strong>de</strong><br />

vista biológico y la representación completa <strong>de</strong>l retrato <strong>de</strong> fase. En el cuarto<br />

caso se obtienen condiciones precisas para la existencia <strong>de</strong> tres puntos <strong>de</strong><br />

equilibrio en el interior <strong>de</strong>l espacio <strong>de</strong> fase, dos <strong>de</strong> los cuales aparecen como<br />

localmente estables en las simulaciones computacionales. En este caso se<br />

están dando los valores precisos <strong>de</strong> los parámetros que permiten, por<br />

ejemplo, anular una <strong>de</strong>sventaja selectiva por mayor mortalidad con un<br />

grado a<strong>de</strong>cuado <strong>de</strong> preferencia <strong>de</strong> apareamientos.<br />

Sexual and natural selection in a continuous time mo<strong>de</strong>l<br />

We construct and analyze system (1) <strong>of</strong> differential equations as a<br />

mo<strong>de</strong>l <strong>of</strong> the dynamics <strong>of</strong> a population with a simple genetical structure<br />

(one locus and two aleles). The general mo<strong>de</strong>l consi<strong>de</strong>r sexual selection and<br />

natural selection (by fertility and mortality) and has 15 parameters: 9 for<br />

the sexual selection (matings preferences) 3 mortality and 3 fertility<br />

parameters. We show that the phase space is positively invariant.<br />

We analize 4 interesting particular cases:<br />

i) No selection (panmixia): we obtain a continuos version <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Hardy-Weinberg Law<br />

ii) Only sexual selection on the heterozigotic phenotype<br />

iii) Only natural selección by mortality on the heterozigotic<br />

phenotype<br />

iv) The interaction <strong>of</strong> sexual and natural selection on the<br />

heterozigotic phenotype<br />

The i), ii) and iii) cases are mathematically completely solved and the<br />

results are biological natural. For the iv) case we obtain condition for the<br />

existence <strong>of</strong> 3 equilibrium points in the interior <strong>of</strong> the phase space. In this<br />

case we obtain precise conditions on the parameters for the neutralization<br />

<strong>of</strong> a selective disadvantage due to higher mortality by a higher mating<br />

preference.
