La chirurgia delle protesi semi-impiantabili nell’orecchio medio in sedazione (MAC)<br />
In conclusione la MAC in TCI utilizzata nella chirurgia delle<br />
protesi impiantabili nell’orecchio medio risulta essere una<br />
metodica efficiente e sicura. L’intervento è risultato confortevole<br />
sia per il paziente che per il chirurgo. La MAC è una<br />
tecnica introdotta da anni nella pratica anestesiologica ma in<br />
questo studio è stata sfruttata la possibilità di passare rapidamente<br />
da una sedazione profonda ad una sedazione cosciente<br />
per poter eseguire un’audiometria intraoperatoria.<br />
