A typical Dom<strong>in</strong>ant Director po<strong>in</strong>t of view consists of see<strong>in</strong>g himself<br />
as a problem-oriented manager who enjoys a challenge just because<br />
it’s there. He likes the opportunity to complete tasks <strong>in</strong> a creative manner—which<br />
aligns with his way, of course! He’s <strong>in</strong>dependent, strongwilled,<br />
restless, and goal-oriented. Other people tend to view him as<br />
