Vice President for Consulting & Resources Development at the Carlson
Learning Company and been a senior external consultant to the
Hay Group of Companies for its European Sector. His clients have
ranged from the largest to small, family-owned businesses. Some of
the recognizable client names include IBM, Shell, AT&T, United Airlines,
Citibank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Florida Power & Light, Airlines
Reporting Corporation and numerous U.S. Government Agencies
and the American Management Association.
He is Managing Director of the Center For Managing By Values
