To execute the on-board programming, boot the <strong>TMPM330</strong> with Single Boot mode following the<br />

configuration shown below.<br />

BOOT (PH0) = 0<br />

RESET = 0 → 1<br />

Set the RESET input to 0, and set the each BOOT (PH0) pins to values shown above, and then release<br />

RESET (high).<br />

(2) Memory Map<br />

Fig. 17-3 shows a comparison of the memory maps in Normal and Single Boot modes. In Single Boot<br />

mode, the internal flash memory is mapped to 0x3F80_0000 through 0x3F87_FFFF, and the Internal<br />

boot ROM (Mask ROM) is mapped to 0x0000_0000 through 0x0000_1FFF.<br />
