Servo accuracy:<br />

The internal servo accuracy of the control is always 1 µm. The control has, however, a display step<br />

of 5 µm or 1 µm, selectable by machine parameter MP7290. The rounding up or down is only in the<br />

display (see section "Display and operation").<br />

Normally a servo accuracy of 1 µm is sufficient, i.e. the control must be able to generate at least one<br />

voltage step per 1 µm positional deviation.<br />
