MP1530 affects the form of the acceleration ramp in all axes .<br />

Since MP1530 is effective for all axes, the worst axis determines the entry value. No axis should<br />

show an overshoot.<br />

Connect storage oscilloscope to<br />

tachometer of servo-amplifier of X axis.<br />

Enter following program in<br />

"PROGRAMMING AND EDITING"<br />

operating mode:<br />

LBL 1<br />

X 100 1) R0 F MAX<br />

X 0 R0 F MAX<br />

CALL LBL 1 REP 100/100<br />

Press machine START button in the<br />

"PROGRAM RUN/SINGLE BLOCK"<br />

operating mode.<br />

Machine runs.<br />

MP1530: Increase entry value until overshoot occurs.<br />

MP1530: Reduce entry value until overshoot stops.<br />

Check axes Y, Z and IV and correct MP1530, if necessary.<br />

1) Program the traverse paths for the axis concerned as large as possible.<br />
