Recalling Factory Default<br />

Settings (FACTORY RESET)<br />

This operation will restore all the data in the XP-30 to the<br />

factory settings.<br />

* If the XP-30 internal memory already contains important data<br />

that you have created, this operation will cause all of this data to<br />

be lost. If you wish to keep the data, you must save it on an<br />

optional memory card (p. 122) or on an external MIDI<br />

sequencer (p. 119).<br />

* If Internal Write Protect is turned ON, the following display<br />

will appear, and the Factory Reset operation will not be<br />

executed.<br />

Change the displayed ON to OFF and press [ENTER] to turn<br />

Internal Write Protect off.<br />

“Are You Sure?” will be displayed, press [ENTER].<br />
