Dilute 1:1 and develop for about 2 minutes. More bromide may be added if warmer tones are<br />

desired. For a softer print, dilute 1:3. To increase the warmth, add bromide up to double the<br />

amount in the formula (this may cause a slight green cast with some papers).<br />

Kodak D-155<br />

Brown-black to red-brown image tones.<br />

Water at 125F/52C, 750.0 ml<br />

Metol, 0.4 g<br />

Sodium sulfi te, 22.0 g<br />

Hydroquinone, 4.0 g<br />

Sodium carbonate, anhydrous, 18.0 g<br />

Potassium bromide, 4.0 g<br />

Glycin, 2.6 g<br />

Water to make 1.0 liter<br />

Dilute 1:1 to 1:4 for use.<br />

Kodak D-166<br />

Red-Brown Paper Developer<br />

Water at 125F/52C, 750.0 ml<br />

Metol, 0.6 g<br />

Sodium sulfi te, 12.5 g<br />

Hydroquinone, 4.2 g<br />

Sodium carbonate, anhydrous, 12.5 g<br />

Potassium bromide, 6.2 g<br />

Water to make 1.0 liter<br />

Dilute 1:1 for use. Develop until the desired image tone is reached.<br />

Pyro Warm-Tone Developer<br />

Water at room temperature, 300.0 ml<br />

Potassium metabisulfi te, 1.5 g<br />

Sodium sulfi te, 30.0 g
