He was born in <strong>Peru</strong> on Nov. 21,1959 to Larry L. Wilkinson Sr., Wabash, and Calista J. (Floyd) Wilkinson, Boswell. Larry was a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine, stepfather, Virgil Kindlesparker, andson, Robert Langley Allison. He retired from the United States Navy where he served our country for 23 years during of whichhe received many awards and commendations. He is survived by his wife, "Becky" Brewer-Allison of Hartland, Mich.;daughters Ranya (Brian) Sibley, Angela (the late Charles), Loudermilk; grandchildren Robert Trexler, Anthony (Flora),Dayand Jolene (Jacob) Rhodes, all of Loveland, Colo.; stepson Robert (Karen) Brewer; grandchildren David (Amanda)Brewer, Kristen and Rachel Brewer all of Howell, Mich.; and great-grandchild Alexandra Day of Loveland, Colo. Born Dec. 27,1929, in Mexico, he was the son of the late Claude Leroy Raber and Alma (Raber) Meeks. His stepfather was the late JamesMeeks. Fred was married on Jan. 27, 1951, to Patricia Ann Lewis and she survives. Fred attended <strong>Peru</strong> High School. He was aU.S. Army veteran and retiree of the C&O Railroad. Fred loved playing cards, fishing, gardening, family gatherings andattending Chapel of Praise. He was preceded in death by his brothers and sister, Gordon Lee Raber, Dean Leroy Raber andPhyllis Rye. He is survived by four children, Debbra (John) Fritz, Patti (Clarence) Seifert, Wilfred (Debbie) Raber, Jr., andBruce Raber. His son, Claude Steven Raber, preceded him in death. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, Lecia (Fritz) Spence,Leslie (Fritz) Beauchamp, Damon Seifert, Angela (Seifert) Heishman, Mark Seifert, Jered Raber, Adam Raber, Quinn Raber,Katie Baker, Candice Baker and Sarah Baker; and 13 great grandchildren, Joshua, Alexis, Chase, Dalayna, Carson, Isaac,Rilya, Dalton, Caden, Jaden, Kilyn, Kaylee and Jackson. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Flowers-LeedyFuneral Home. Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home with Pastor David Ross officiating. Burialwill be at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Mexico, with military graveside services provided by the Miami County Military RitesUnit. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chapel of Praise.
