His stage name was J RIP. Jack loved playing baseball. He playedLittle League in Peru. After moving to Indianapolis in 1999, he played baseball with Ben Davis Little League and then BenDavis Babe Ruth. Jack was on the All-Stars team every year that he played. His love of the game led him to coach a T-Ballteam and moving up to minor leagues with the same team. Laughter was heard often from Jack. He generated laughter fromeveryone that he came in contact with. He always had a joke or a story to tell that made others laugh. His smile was infectious.Jack was a full organ donor and has blessed many lives across Indiana through his gift. Jack is survived by his parents John K.Ryan of Mesa, Ariz. and Denise Ryan, Peru. He leaves behind sisters Catina McCord, Tabitha Fritzman (Jaraid Kendall),Amanda Walsh, all of Peru and Druan (Justin) Morse, Greenfield. Also feeling a heavy loss are brothers Jay (Tammy) Thomas,Bradley Ryan, Zion Ryan, and Josiah Ryan, all of Peru. Jack also leaves paternal grandfather John T. Ryan, aunts Jerri (Larry)Stapleton, Susie (Richard) Taylor, Carol (Tennyson) Fitch along with an uncle, Ron (Penny) Sims. His survivors also include12 nieces and nephews and numerous cousins. He is also survived by his "honorary brothers" Michael Fritzman and StevenLee Ambrose and his dog, Tosha. Preceding him to Heaven are his paternal grandmother, Joan Ryan, maternal grandmotherDoris Graham, maternal grandfather Jack Sims, for who he was named, and maternal grandfather Robert Graham.Additionally, sister Ronda Sims, aunt Linda Ryan and nephew Bradley Neal Townsend. His goodbye service will be held atCalvary Temple Church 2908 W. 200 N. Peru at 11 a.m. Saturday. Viewing is scheduled Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at thechurch. On Aug. 6, 1944, in Macy, she becamethe bride of Josief B. Cardona. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 1973. Marion was a 1941 graduate of Macy High School.In 1944 she graduated from Purdue University and was a lifetime alumni member. In 1985, she retired as the director of theRochester Community Schools lunch program. Marion was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church of Rochester fornearly 60 years. She was also a member of the Morning Quest Circle. Marion is survived by three daughters, Janice (Edward)Ramsay, Ringwood, N.J., Judith (William Scott) Forney, Denton, Texas, and Elizabeth (Peter) Jordan, New Hope, Pa.; fourgrandchildren, Craig (Teresa) Ramsay, Sean (Aki) Ramsay, William Aiden Forney and Hannah Elizabeth Jordan; two greatgranddaughters,Jenna & Corina; and four nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, twobrothers, John Howard See, Robert S. See, her dear aunt "Mooney", Mildred Tracy McClain, and a nephew, Louis See. (Ross) Piotter. On July 26, 1986, in Saint Mary-oftheWoods Village, he was married to Helen Mary Evrard, and she survives. Glen was a lifelong resident and farmer in theMacy community. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Peru and the Macy Masonic Lodge. He also was amember of the Logansport Shrine Club and the Scottish Rite, Fort Wayne. He enjoyed going on fishing trips in Canada withhis family. Survivors include his wife, Helen, of Macy; mother, Bessie Thomason, Macy; his daughter, Bridget Cecile Buckand husband, Brian, along with their daughter Macy Hazel, all of Red Wing, Minn.; one son, Arnold Charles Piotter, Macy;one brother, Jerry Piotter and his wife, Carol, Macy; one sister, Sharon Dillman and her husband Robert, Macy and severalnieces and nephews. She served as a teacher’s aide at Miami grade school for several yearsand later worked at Delco Electronics for 18 to 20 years before retiring. She was a graduate of Greentown High School andwas a member of United Auto Workers Local 292 and Miami United Methodist Church. She enjoyed baking cookies,gardening and sewing.
