128 God’s Puzzle Solvedfrom a God who is Almighty and impersonal to a God whois nurturing and personal. Yet, with all His power, He is aGod who not only thinks about you but is responsible forupholding everything in the world.The AnointingIt is very important for you to realize that God is One whodeals with you, personally, in a Father/child relationship.He has gone from a huge powerful God (Universal God) toa Father who listens to you just as a human father listensto his child. In I John 2, The Apostle John said, “ 27 But theanointing, which you have received of him [the anointingof His Spirit].” John says that when Christ was sealed asThe Firstborn Son, the rest of mankind was, also, sealed.You are sealed with His Holy Spirit. Just as His Son wassealed with The Holy Spirit, you, too, are sealed by HisSpirit, “the anointing [spirit] which you have received ofhim abides in you.” You have God’s seed “In You.”You are, now, a Son of God and He no longer deals withyou as a servant but as an heir. This is what Galatianstells you. His final name as Father reveals how He dealswith you in a very personal way, “ 27 have received of himabides in you and you need not that any man teach you.”This is because God is personally teaching and trainingyou, “but as the same anointing teaches you of all things[everything] and is truth and is no lie.” The meanings thatdefine the seven titles can become part of you. These includeThe Covenant Keeper, The Nurturer, The Gift-giverand The Deliverer. This is God’s nature and character.By choice, He chooses not to be anything else. “And evenas it has taught you, you shall abide in him.”
