Who Is God?77have seen and heard declare we to you, that you alsomay have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowshipis with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ. 4 Andthese things write we to you, that your joy may be full.5This then is the message which we have heard of himand declare to you, that God is light and in him is nodarkness at all.As the student of The Bible places “line upon line and preceptupon precept” (Isaiah 28:10, 13) then all the unknownMysteries of God will be pieced together, so, as far as ishumanly possible, you can still see the complete picture ofthe puzzle. It sounds almost sacrilegious, doesn’t it? YetGod has laid it all out for you, so that, in truth, you will seewhat God is and what He looks like.From The BeginningWhere and when is the beginning? What took place atthat time? There is a record of importance.1 John 1:1-4 1 That which was from the beginning,which we have heard, which we have seen with oureyes, which we have looked upon and our hands havehandled, of the Word of life [speaking of Christ]; 2(For the life was manifested and we have seen it andbear witness and show to you that eternal life, whichwas with the Father and was manifested to us;) 3 Thatwhich we have seen and heard declare we to you, thatyou also may have fellowship with us: and truly ourfellowship is with the Father and with his Son JesusChrist. 4 And these things write we to you that yourjoy may be full.
