The Apostle Paulstates that The Law (Torah) is spiritual (Romans 7:14).Since The Law is spiritual, it cannot die. It must be keptspiritually and not in The Letter. The Law (Torah) cannotbe done away! This leads to a great misunderstanding.Knowing what The Torah was meant to accomplish willclear up the entire misunderstanding. Paul said The Lawis Holy and The Commandments are Holy, just and good.If kept spiritually, The Law is eternal and good. This includesThe Ten Commandments. Now what was God’s intentwith this Law? The English translation of “Torah”is “The Law.” This does not do justice to The First FiveBooks. In Hebrew, the word “law” is “The Torah.” “Torah”has a greater meaning than the English word “law.”“Torah” is a precept (statute) (Strong’s #3384) that means“to shoot or point out” and “to teach or inform.” The rootcomes from “to shoot an arrow.” It also applies to “theway or direction.” So, The Law (Torah) is really a preceptthat shows you a way (direction) to something.Jesus said that He is The Way, The Truth and The Life(John 14:6). Jesus is the way to life. Christ said that Hecame to restore what was lost (Matthew 18:11). Believingin Jesus Christ is The Work of God (John 6:29). Therefore,
